Text in tabs cannot be see completely in Windows 7

Text on tabs are displayed partially when the elements (text and icons) on screen are enlarged using the option "make it easier to read what's on your screen" in Windows 7 (Control Panel/Appearance and Personalization/Display)



In the picture the elements are adjusted just to 125% of their size.

Is there any chance to adjust the text on tabs or the size of the tabs so the text can be seen completely?
