copying in vista freeze up

In windows Vista, when copying big files from one pane to another, if you click anywhere but the popup copying windows the copy process freeze up!
This behavior happens only in Vista, XP Works fine!

Anyone have the same problem? Is there a solution?

I'm constantly freezing up in vista. My os is 64 bit . Is yours?

Yeah, I'm freezing during copy on Vista 64, using drag 'n' drop and Ctrl-C Ctrl-V.

I'm using Vista Pro 32...

Is there a solution? I've tried using it in compatibility mode but nothing changed

Yeah, I s/mention that with my 64 bit machine, I've tried the 32 bit /xp compatibility mode, and it still lox up.

Have you the same problem while copy/move with F5/F6?

Yes, I have had the problem w/the F5/F6 keys.
I'm not sure that the problem has occured exclusively w/the copy/move keys, but its certainly been an issue.
